Even if you prefer sightseeing tours, shopping experiences, gourmet experiences, great nightlife exploring or cultural visits, Berlin has some great offers. The city is a cultural hub, a perfect scene for nightlife, design, art and fashion. Public transportation is excellent, hotels offer incomparable services, there are dozens of excellent restaurants here, clubs are incomparable and the architectural highlights of the city are world renowned.

Explore the Museuminsel

The famous Museuminsel (Museum Island) is one of the most attractive sights of Berlin. You can not visit Berlin without exploring the Museum Island. It is an extremely attractive tourist attraction, being home to five significant and interesting museums: the Neues Museum, the Altes Museum, the Pergamon Museum, the Bode Museum and the Alte Nationalgalerie. Take a walking tour

One of the best ways to explore the city is by foot. Berlin has no shortage of walking tours to offer its visitors. Tourists can choose of alternative walking tours of the city. The tours cover some of best areas of Berlin. One such tour includes the historical jewels of Berlin, including the Berlin Wall, the Brandenburg Gate, the beautiful Gendarmenmarkt and so on. The tour takes about 3.5 hours.

Visit the Brandenburg Gate

One of the most important landmarks of Berlin is the famous Brandenburg Gate. It is one of the most photographed monuments of Germany. You can not get to know Berlin without visiting it. The visit doesn’t take long, but you can continue your day by visiting the nearby Holocaust Memorial and the Reichstag Building. These landmarks are surely not-to-miss sights of Berlin.

Take a boat trip on the River Spree

A great way to explore the city is to take a boat tour through the city on the River Spree. Taking part on a boat tour makes you a great opportunity to compare the old and new architecture of Berlin, while relaxing. It is dedicated to visitors who don’t prefer exhausting walking tours. The innumerable bridges give even more attractiveness to the tours. There are numerous different tours to choose of. Usually a boat tour takes about 2.5 hours.
